Pre-order Terms

These terms apply to any product purchased through a pre-order offer on redseven-amplification.com. They complement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Shipping, returns & withdrawal page.

The specific details of each pre-order, namely the pre-order price, the closing date of the pre-order window and the shipping date, are stated on the product page of the item concerned and in your order confirmation email. Those details prevail for the pre-order you have placed.

What a pre-order is

A pre-order lets you reserve a unit from a production run before it is built. Every RedSeven amplifier is handwired to order in our Italian workshop, and pre-orders allow us to plan a production run precisely. When you place a pre-order you are buying a specific product with a specific shipping date, not making a reservation or an expression of interest.

Price

Pre-order pricing applies only to orders placed within the pre-order window shown on the product page. It cannot be combined with discount codes or other promotions, and it is not applied retroactively to orders placed before or after that window.

Once the pre-order window closes, the product returns to its list price.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout, through the payment methods available on the store. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed, and you will receive an order confirmation by email restating the shipping date.

Amounts paid for pre-ordered goods are held against delivery of those goods.

Shipping

We ship from the date stated on the product page, via DHL or FedEx, with standard delivery times of 5 to 7 business days depending on destination. Units are dispatched in the order in which pre-orders were received, and you will receive tracking information when your unit ships.

Where an order contains both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the in-stock items may be dispatched separately and in advance.

If we are delayed

We build to a schedule and we intend to meet it. If the shipping date changes for any reason, we will inform you by email as soon as we know, with a revised date.

We commit to dispatching every pre-order no later than 30 days after the shipping date stated on the product page at the time of your order. If we are unable to dispatch your unit within that period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, which we will process within 14 days of your request.

Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected by this commitment.

Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before your unit is dispatched, for any reason and at no cost. Write to info@redseven-amplification.com from the email address used for the order, quoting your order number. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

Your right of withdrawal after delivery

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal runs for 14 days from the day you receive the product, not from the day you place your pre-order.

Warranty

Pre-ordered products carry the same two-year full warranty as any other RedSeven product, covering all components excluding parts subject to normal wear. The warranty period starts on the date of delivery.

Changes to a pre-order

To change the shipping address on a pre-order, write to us at least five business days before the shipping date. Changes to the product or quantity require cancelling the existing order and placing a new one, subject to availability and to the pre-order price still being in effect.
