Returns and Right of Withdrawal

At RedSeven Amplification we build instruments we stand behind, and the decision to keep one should be an easy one. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Below you will find exactly how it works and how to exercise it.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

You do not need our approval to exercise this right. A valid withdrawal is registered, not assessed.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To withdraw, you only need to inform us of your decision through a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can do this in any of the following ways:

Use the withdrawal function available on our website, which lets you submit your request directly from your order without logging in.
Email us at info@redseven-amplification.com.
Complete and send us the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request without delay on a durable medium, such as email.

Returning the goods

After you withdraw, please send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked and insured service, and that you keep your tracking number, since the goods travel under your responsibility until they reach us.

Condition of the goods and diminished value

You are entitled to handle and test the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way you would be allowed to do in a shop. Exercising your right of withdrawal is not conditional on the product being unused. You are, however, liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary, and we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value from your refund. Please return the instrument with all included accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging, as this protects it in transit and preserves its value.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost of your original order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery, the supplementary cost is not reimbursed.

We will issue the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

Items with no right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products, including special orders and instruments built or configured to your specification. Where a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this is made clear before you complete your purchase.

Business customers

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, meaning private individuals purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Orders placed by companies, professionals, sole traders, associations, academies, institutions or any customer purchasing for business related purposes are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing by RedSeven Amplification.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Your right of withdrawal is separate from, and in addition to, your legal guarantee rights. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately at info@redseven-amplification.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can put it right. These cases are handled under the legal guarantee of conformity and are not treated as a withdrawal.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest route is to return or withdraw the item you have and place a new order for the one you want, once your refund is processed.

Eine Lösung, die ich öfter benutze als erwartet

Ich habe das Amp Central EVO eigentlich gekauft, um schnell ein paar Ideen aufzunehmen. Am Ende ist es aber eines der praktischsten Teile in meinem Setup geworden. Ich kann meinen Amp benutzen, ohne jedes Mal Mikrofone, Box und hohe Lautstärke vorbereiten zu müssen.

Was mir am meisten gefällt, ist, dass ich nicht das Gefühl habe, den Charakter meines Amps zu verlieren. Natürlich muss man die richtige IR finden und die Pegel sauber einstellen. Wenn das einmal passt, wird alles deutlich einfacher. Für mich ist es kein Gerät, das man kauft, um Eindruck zu machen, sondern eines, das man wirklich regelmäßig benutzt.

Lo uso con una pedaliera abbastanza rumorosa e ha risolto il problema senza complicarmi il setup. È uno di quei pedali che apprezzi soprattutto quando lo spegni e ti accorgi di quanto stava lavorando.

Fa quello che deve

L’ho messo dopo il preamp e la differenza è stata immediata. Il rumore sparisce, ma il suono non diventa finto o strozzato. Per me è esattamente quello che dovrebbe fare un noise gate.

Bello cattivo, ma non solo cattivo

Pensavo fosse un prodotto solo da metal moderno, invece il primo canale mi ha sorpreso. Con gain più basso esce un crunch bello presente, molto leggibile, utile anche per parti rock più aperte.
Il noise gate aiuta parecchio, anche se va regolato con calma. Non è economico, ma ne vale la pena

Amp Central EVO - il volume “giusto” per ogni occasione

Con Amp Central EVO l’ampli ha una dinamica incredibile: risponde perfettamente al tocco, al volume della chitarra e al modo di suonare: ogni nota esce con carattere e presenza.
Gli IR sono la chicca per poter suonare direttamente nell’impianto, così come le molteplici possibilità di applicazione.
Non per ultimo il Noise Gate integrato che aiuta nel suono più spinto.

Nada que añadir que no se haya dicho; fácil de usar, dos canales a cada cual más bruto, canal limpio limpio no hay pero no lo buscaba. Busco facilidad de uso y con los 3 ir's por canal me convence. Aún tengo que conectarlo al pc retocar y probar.

Sehr direktes Spielgefühl

Ich nutze den Leviathan hauptsächlich direkt ins Audio Interface. Was mir sofort aufgefallen ist, ist die Dynamik. Der Preamp reagiert nicht steril, sondern eher wie ein richtiger Amp, besonders bei Palm Mutes und schnellen Riffs. Die integrierten IRs sind praktisch, auch wenn ich am Anfang etwas Zeit gebraucht habe, um meine Lieblingskombination zu finden. Für moderne High Gain Sounds wirklich stark.
